Intricare is a customized service in which you are now able calculate in advance how much you will need to pay on a monthly basis. Its fixed price. No matter how many times you require our assistance, whether it is onsite or remotely, you will only be looking at paying a fixed monthly fee on the areas you require covered..

The common assumption within the Auckland market is that “we already receive our services at a fixed price “, this genrally is a set amount of hours covered for a fixed price, once you have exceeded those hours, you are still charged by the hour at an agreed rate. This is how Intricare puts a twist on the way your IT infrastructure should be run.

 

Proactive Management

We work on a PROACTIVE solution customized to your wants and needs of the business. With our onsite Management system, we are able to monitor your systems 24x 7 allowing us to resolve the problem on some occasions without you even noticing. Until the problem is fixed, we will continue to work the hard yards until its resolved. The one thing our clients are happy about is with that’s, we don’t have the set hours, we don't charge any extra for the support package agreed to.

• With our on‐site Management System we proactively monitor your systems 24 x 7.

• Intrical Engineers are paid a salary. They are measured on satisfied customers. They do not work on a “quota system” that  equires them to bill a minimum number of hours per month.

• We use a Change Management system for all Server changes (it resides on your site and we encourage you to use it as well).

• Proactive approach – Intrical shares the risk. It costs us money if we can’t resolve your issues quickly therefore we proactively maintain and fine tune your system.

• You get a Senior Engineer every time – because we share the risk we want the issues resolved with skill.

• We manage your software licensing and inform you when renewals are due.

• We manage all hardware warranty claims for equipment included in the agreement.

You get “Open book” pricing, with an upfront agreed margin on all hardware and software that you purchase from us.

• Adding a new user to the network is fixed at $300 per user. (Citrix or Terminal Server clients are free).

• For Project work our rates start at $100 (Desktop) and $120 (Server).

We will give you a fixed price quotation for all Projects.
