- Full Infrastructure Support
Our Service Level Model means you get fast access to our team of experts. We manage and maintain all systems that are included in the cover (each device needs to be listed in the agreement) up to a pre-determined level of support in terms of a maximum of 40 hours that can be utilised on a monthly basis for maintenance and management of your systems.
We aim to lower costs for our clients and to be as inclusive as possible for the types of ICT support that are required from time to time. Costs are kept down because the Private Cloud solution is standardised on products that we know are effective, and using ICT Worldwide's skills and tools to keep things running.
This means less downtime for your organisation, making you more effective.
Support for the Equipment Covered
Support includes management and maintenance for all desktops, laptops, servers, and networking:
- Full remote support plus onsite support as required
- All servers are monitored for issues and outages
- Daily system health checks and performance tuning
- PC/Laptop/Thin Client management
- Helpdesk level one support
- Maximum one hour response during normal business hours (8.30am - 5.30pm M-F)
- 24 hour engineer support callout available
- Quarterly account management meeting and report review
- Up to 40 hours monthly cover for maintenance and management
